The client is India’s leading and fast growing transportation management company, managing cab fleets for corporations across the country. They provide SaaS-based solution for tracking, routing, billing, and capacity planning for their clients

The Challenge

  • The client’s existing system had a hard-coded monolithic reporting system which could not handle the ever-increasing demand for dynamic and ad-hoc analytics demanded by their clients. This caused severe delays in responding to client requests and difficulty in managing client expectations.
