In this paper, we have seen what the functions and features of Dynamic CRM Online are, its advantages over an on-prem version, and the limitations it has when it comes to data reporting. We saw the native reporting options and the ways we can get to do advanced custom reporting using CRM. We also examined the way to set up a database server for report deployment and saw the various types of reports and their generation. In conclusion, Dynamic CRM comes with various options for advanced reporting and for enhanced database integration that can generate reports that could be used for detailed analytics.
