Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Full Time / on BizAcuity payroll)

Job Mode: Onsite/Work from Office | Monday to Friday | Shift 1 (Morning)

Job Location: Hyderabad – HiTech City /Madhapur.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first and second point of contact for our employees experiencing IT issues, providing timely and effective support via various channels (remote, on-site).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, software applications, printers, and network connectivity.
  • Take ownership of our Windows Server 2022 environment, managing user accounts, group policies, security updates, and overall system health.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot our Sophos firewall to maintain a secure network environment.
  • Ensure the optimal performance and security of our Cisco Meraki wireless network and managed switches.
  • Participate in the deployment and configuration of new IT hardware and software.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Windows Server 2022 administration, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Hands-on experience with the configuration, management, and troubleshooting of Sophos firewalls.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining Cisco Meraki wireless networks and managed switches.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a Windows environment.
  • A solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network troubleshooting methodologies.

Job Summary:

BDM is responsible for and driving sales in North America / European markets. This position requires a combination of sales expertise and technical expertise as the manager must be able to communicate to customers while also identifying their needs and closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To understand the market of IT solutions -The market for IT solutions is diverse and constantly evolving. Some of the key factors driving this market include the increasing reliance on technology in business, the need for organizations to streamline their operations and reduce costs, and the growing demand for data security and privacy.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategies – Understanding the specific industries and organizations that are likely to benefit from IT solutions. Conduct market research to identify their pain points, challenges, and goals. Use this information to develop buyer personas and create a list of target customers. Define your value proposition: Develop a clear and compelling value proposition that explains why your IT solutions are better than the competition. This should be based on your understanding of your customers’ needs and should highlight the key benefits of your solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets & build pipelines & sales plans – Setting sales targets based on market research, historical sales data, and your company’s growth goals. This should take into account factors such as market size, competition, and customer demand. Develop a sales plan: Create a sales plan that outlines the specific strategies and tactics you will use to achieve your sales targets. This should include a timeline, a budget, and a clear set of objectives and metrics.
  • New client acquisition Identify and prioritize target prospects based on their size, industry, and potential fit for your solutions. This can help you to focus your efforts on the prospects that are most likely to convert into customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers is a critical factor in the success of IT solution selling. Take the time to understand your customers’ needs and priorities. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) is mandatory with diploma / post graduation in Business Management in Sales and Marketing
  • 8-10 years of IT solutions sales in North America / European markets.
  • Interpersonal & leadership skills – should be an effective communicator who can convey ideas, information, and solutions clearly and persuasively. An effective leader who can motivate and guide team members and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Should be well-prepared for negotiations, including researching the client’s needs, interests, and potential objections.
  • Preparing a response to Request for Proposals – should read and understand the RFP thoroughly, including the scope of work, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  • Should review and edit the proposal to ensure that it meets the requirements of the RFP, is free of errors, and is compelling and persuasive.

  • Must have demonstrable experience working on projects within a BI ecosystem, including solution design, implementation, and deployment, with a focus on data warehousing, data analytics, and master data management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a pre-sales or technical sales support role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proficiency in data analytics concepts, methodologies, and technologies (e.g., SQL, data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, data mining, BI tools, data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding).
